Cover the design with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper. Home Iron: Heat the iron to a medium setting (150°C–160°C). Press each section of the design with medium/firm pressure for 10–15 seconds. Carefully remove the transfer backing sheet, then replace the parchment paper and press firmly for a further 5 seconds. Wait at least 24 hours before washing. Wash inside out at 30°C or below. Do not tumble dry or iron directly over the transfer.
