Look a bit closer and you will get to see why this piece is really special - it's entirely made up from petersham ribbon and traditional laichow straw braid. It already has a thin sewn-in head ribbon, so is not purely a capeline as such but could easily be re-shaped in the crown if you wish to block it into another shape.
