This is normal and to be expected of 3D printed cutters. Linked Hearts (reflecting pair, advanced cutters): 33mm tall. Cat: 35mm tall. Clean with baby wipes, isopropyl alcohol or tepid soapy water (not hot as it will deform the cutter).
