A lovely pair of bobbins for a collector, but whilst antique, a modern lace maker could also use the bobbins with care. The bobbins are smaller than usual – so possibly for finer lace. The spangles have their period glass beads, but as the wires were quite corroded, I have replaced these with antique brass wire in better condition.The bobbins are both 11cm in length.
