Iron on the wrong side of the fabric with the shiny side facing the fabric you want to adhere it to. Iron: 3-5 seconds / up to 120 C. Iron: 3-8 Seconds / 120 C -160 C. work with slight pressure, to avoid residues of glue after having torn away the backing.
