Some are used but most are brand new and unused. Nearly all are in original packaging. Huge range of messages, alphabet and numbers, words/phrases and emblems etc. The few that have been used have been cleaned and stored appropriately. Great comprehensive job lot for crafting, card making and scrapbooking projects. Includes storage box.
