Hand sewn and framed beautifully delicate goldwork embroidery of a cockerel. There is so much detail and stitch work in this picture. Hand sewn onto ivory white silk fabric Framed in a lovely distressed ivory frame. The cockerel has many jewel colours of reds, greens and gold. Using various goldwork threads, beads and leather. The frame to the outside edge size measures 9”x 9” The actual picture measures 5.5” x 5. 5” This was made using a kit and although I loved making it I have nowhere to hang it so it’s been stored in a box wrapped in tissue paper.
