This small wooden tatting shuttle measuring approximately 7cms long and 1cm deep commemorates Glasgow Tatting Day April 2009. A printed image of Robert Burns surrounded by the wording and date covers the front of the shuttle which has then been varnished. The shuttle is in excellent condition with blades that meet together well making it an excellent tool for tatting.
