Encaustic Art stylus This is new but has been open and checked but never used. Still has all the attachments and wire is still held together like new. I did remove the cap to plug it in and test it still warmed up. It was PAT tested many years ago and then put in a box and never touched again until I tested it. See photos. Box has a little damage from storage
