These D rings are commonly used for many projects in Haberdashery but also accessories such as purses, bags, belts and dog collars. Although they are not joint welded, they are very strong and you will not be able to part the butt joint without the use of tools, such as two pairs of pliers to slightly off-set the joint to slip the D ring into position and then realign.
