With an improved fit and finish, this machine features; a 6 spline marked (US 1-15) graduated stretching mandrel which expands on the down stroke of the handle. The 6 spline mandrel has a gentler stretching action compared to a 4 spline, putting less strain on the ring (not suitable for stone set bands).
