I believe it is a French spinning wheel . Needs some Tlc but does work . Has been blackened over time from being in front of an open fire . Woodworm has been treated . New string/cord been attached to pedal by someone. I brought it as a display but no reason that it can’t be used I imagine. Has ware to parts please see all photos . I am also going to be selling a huge antique spinning wheel if anyone interested so please keep an eye out on my upcoming listings
