I have a pack of 6 vintage rotary wood carving burrs. It appears that the original pack was for 5 bits but an additional one has been squeezed in at the end. 2 of the bits are marked ‘ENGLAND’. The others appear not to be marked. I haven’t cleaned them so there are still bits of wood and sawdust stuck to them. Please see photos for further details.
