This is heat fusible iridescent rainbow effect film (place between two sheets of ordinary printer paper you lightly iron on a cool setting and it it fuses to itself - other heat-fusible fibres and collage paper/fabric/lace/sequins/beads etc can be trapped in between snd built up into thicker layers for stitching or craft-punching out into shapes. ).
