The fleece has not been washed ( simply due to quantity that we have), but it can be hand washed or put in the machine on a gentle woollen 30 degree short wash and then left to dry naturally. Perfect for felting, toy making, needlecraft, stuffing, toy making, bird feeder, crafting ( card making) etc.
