10 Vintage textile squares featuring a hand-stitched, raw-edge appliqué butterfly design. Single block intended to be sewn together with others to form a larger quilt. Similar blocks are often dated to the 1940s or 1950s. The construction shows visible basting stitches around the butterfly body and antennae embroidered with dark thread. Cotton 17x17 ******????
